When water, pests or storm damage will not wait, the part you should not have to worry about is whether anyone picks up. Here is what this service commits to, and — just as plainly — what it does not.
No voicemail, no office hours
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
The connection costs you nothing
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
Licensed, insured and nearby
The connection goes to a licensed, insured independent contractor working in the Trenton area rather than to a call centre two states away. Confirm the license and the insurance yourself before anyone starts — it is your right and your responsibility.
One call fixes a bad match
If the first connection does not work out — no call back, no show, or a quote you do not trust — ring the line again and you will be put through to a different contractor.
Where these commitments stop
This service does not stand behind the work, and it would be dishonest to suggest otherwise. The contractors are independent businesses; the quality of the job, and any guarantee on it, come from the contractor you hire.
